CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program based on the combination of weightlifting, cardiovascular endurance, and gymnastics. It is defined as constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements. CrossFit Beginning is a prerequisite to CrossFit Intermediate. Crossfit Beginning will provide students with the basic development needed to continue in a more advanced CrossFit class.
